Can I return my item?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you do have any problems with your order or shipping, please let us know and we will make it right!

How does shipping work?

All shipping costs are calculated at check out and are delivered by Canada Post. In the cases of heat sensitive items, we will ship with UPS, Dicom, FedEx, Purolator or Canpar. You will see a shipping notification with a tracking number as well as a delivery notification when the item is delivered to your home. You can also get free shipping when you spend $100+ using the code "freeship" at checkout. This offer excludes heat sensitive products during the months of May-September. If you are local to Dundas, Ontario, free local pick-up is always available.

Why is shipping more expensive for heat sensitive items in May-September?

Our products are heat sensitive and can change texture if exposed to heat for long periods of time (think in the back of postal trucks, or hot sorting facilities). In previous years, we opted to halt the sale of these items for shipping; however this year we are working on cool shipping. The price is increased because we have had to invest in insulated shipping boxes, ice packs, and overnight shipping. We have tried to absorb most of the cost. If you don't want to pay higher shipping fees, all of our heat sensitive products can be purchased from our retailers or online for pick-up from our Dundas Studio address.

How long will my product last?

Minimum 12 months if kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

What if I am allergic to the product?

We encourage you to research the product ingredients which are listed in the product description before you purchase to avoid any allergic reaction. We also suggest you spot check your product before using it and allow it to settle for 24 hours. The ingredients are all natural, so you will be able to easily identify ingredients that you may have an allergy to.

How long does shipping take?

We process and ship orders within 48 hours. Your arrival time depends on the type of shipping you select, where you are located and the time of the week you order.

How can I pay?

American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa is accepted on our website.

What if I want to customize my order?

Since we make everything in our studio, we would be happy to accommodate any requests you may need. Shoot us an email!

Can I buy in bulk for parties, weddings, etc?

Of course! Please get into contact with us for special pricing on bulk purchases and favours for any of your events.

Where is your Dundas studio located?

Our Dundas location is located at 171 King Street West, Dundas, Ontario, L9H1V3. Our entrance is at the back door, so as you approach the building, follow the little path way and you will see our signs! Your items can be picked up in the customer pickup bin, or the delivery bin for larger orders.
